Potomac Yards / Potomac Greens offers excellent access to public transportation, featuring two rapid transit stations on prominent Metrorail lines and numerous bus routes nearby. The neighborhood supports an extensive cycling network, making it convenient for sustainable commuting options. Public green spaces, such as Daingerfield Island and Eugene Simpson Stadium Park, are especially well-spread out and there are over 50 of them close by for residents to visit, making it very easy to get to them. Finally, this neighborhood has many sections that are very calm and quiet, although other spots can be noisy, especially around one of the railway lines.
